As a former nurse manager, MiKayla demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, ensuring the highest standards of care for her patients while fostering a supportive environment for her team. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her educational achievements, including certifications as a nursing assistant and licensed nurse, culminating in a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration.
MiKayla's comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems and administration empowers her to drive positive change in the industry. Above all, her compassion shines through in her work. As a vocal advocate for enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and their families, MiKayla channels her passion into tangible initiatives through Love, Hope, and Compassion.
